Office Manager
Position Overview
The Office Manager is the organizational hub of KIIH, responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, customer support, and coordination of office and marketing efforts. This individual will also contribute to social media and website content updates, playing a key role in how we engage with our community online and in person.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage daily scheduling for classes, lessons, and facility use
- Coordinate with coaching staff and facility management
- Maintain calendars and notify staff of changes promptly
- Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide friendly and timely responses to questions, concerns, and registration requests
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate billing/registration details
- Marketing & Communication
- Assist with planning and implementing local and digital marketing campaigns
- Help manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with timely posts and engagement
- Contribute to content creation and updates on the website (announcements, schedules, program info)
- General Office Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Prepare reports and assist with light bookkeeping as needed
- Support other team members and leadership as necessary

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (MS Office, website CMS, social media platforms)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
- A passion for sports or youth programs is a plus
- Comply with SafeSport and/or USA Hockey certification requirements and background check
