We’ve extended the original July 22 registration deadline to allow more time to fill out divisions and give additional teams a chance to join the fun!
If you're working on putting a team together, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with planning and scheduling.
Important: Roster and waiver forms are automatically sent with your registration receipt. Please submit these as soon as possible, even if your team registers after the original July 22 deadline.

Guidelines & Rules
- 20-minute cross ice games with running clock for each game.
- Win = 2 pts / Loss = 0 pts / Tie = 1 pt
- Total points will determine division winners
- The top 1 or 2 teams in each division will advance to a single-elimination playoff round
- Tiebreakers: Head-to-head, G/F and G/A, differential (6 max), Goals Against
- No checking or slapshots
- AAA Players will play up a year from their age division (NO EXCEPTIONS).

When is the registration deadline?
July 22, 2025. All rosters and waiver forms must be submitted by this date.
What forms are required?
- Team Rostering Form
- KIIH Waiver & Liability Release (one per player)
Both are sent with your purchase receipt and must be completed before participation.
What should players bring?
Each player should bring twomatching team jerseys or pinnies
One light-colored jersey
One dark-colored jersey
Can coaches be on the bench?
No coaching is allowed.
Supervisors may be on the bench for safety and support only.
Can my child play without a signed waiver?
No. Every player must have a signed waiver on file to participate.
How long should I expect to be at the rink?
Teams should plan to be at the rink for approximately 4-5 hours, which includes:

Warm-up
3v3 game play
Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure your team is ready to go.
What is the approximate start time?
While the finalized schedule will be released after all teams are registered, here’s a general timeline based on previous events:
Mites & Squirts: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pee Wees: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Bantams: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Midgets: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Registration Help
Please follow the steps below to ensure your team is properly registered and prepared.
1. Designate a Team Representative
Each team must appoint one representative who will handle all pre-tournament responsibilities, including:
- Registering the team and paying the entry fee
- Confirming team name, division, and age group
- Submitting the final team roster and waivers
- Serving as the point of contact for tournament communication
- Sharing rules, schedule, and event info with familie
2. Entry Fee & Initial Registration
Complete the online entry form and submit payment
You will be asked for:
- Age and Division level you wish to enter
- Birth years of potential participating players
- Whether your team includes any AAA players (defined by last season's participation)
After submitting payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete team rostering and waivers
3. Submitting a Roster
You do not need a full roster at the time of registration, but we recommend you have:
- A goalie secured
- At least 50% of your roster confirmed

4. Before Submitting Your Roster
Gather the following information for each player:
- Full name
- Birth year
- USA Hockey number
- Level of play
- Guardian contact name, phone number, and email
- Jersey number (if known)
5. Waivers & Required Forms
All players must submit a signed waiver to participate.
