Adult Beginner Hockey at KIIH offers a welcoming, supportive environment for adults learning the game from the ground up. The program focuses on skating fundamentals, basic puck skills, and simple game concepts, all taught at a comfortable pace with personalized instruction. It’s the perfect place to build confidence, improve fitness, and enjoy hockey in a fun, beginner-friendly setting.
