Player Development Coach

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COACH
KIIH has full-time, Salary, Contract, Part-time, & Hourly positions available with health care and retirement plans available to those who qualify.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
KIIH provides an opportunity to impact the lives of motivated athletes by helping them hone their athletic skills and become the best people they can be.

Our mission is to utilize hockey to develop skills to serve our players on and off the ice. We believe hockey is more than wins and losses, scoring goals & competition to see who can skate the fastest. It is about creating confident, strong, self-disciplined young athletes and people! Along the way, we try to have as much fun as possible.
We establish a higher sense of community and brotherhood; it also furthers healthy competition when playing with and against the top players in the State of Hockey. Living the "Keyes Philosophy" is not only about supporting your development but also about COMMITTING TO SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF!

We teach each athlete to take advantage of this unique atmosphere by proactively grabbing each moment, an attitude we believe is significantly more powerful than just letting the world pass them by.

As a result, we have become the most sought-after training facility in the area. Due to this demand, we are now looking to add additional developmental coaches.

IDEAL CANDIDATES
Ideal candidates will have a passion for hockey, compete/compete in junior or professional level hockey, and love teaching.
They will embrace our culture and follow an established curriculum to help our players develop proper fundamentals: the habits and techniques behind skillful power skating, shooting, puck handling, and passing.

Under the coaching of Coach Keyes my Bantam aged son improved tremendously over the course of the season. Coach Keyes stresses fundamentals like no other youth coach we have been associated with. His attention to detail and practice organization create a great learning environment for all of his players. His knowledge of the game is only overshadowed by his passion for the sport. He loves hockey and I know my son loves the game more because of him. Any opportunity to be coached by Coach Keyes is an opportunity you cannot afford to pass up

IThanks again for all your time and support with the boys! I know Dominic has gained a whole new respect for Hockey and the time and effort coaches, put into improving him not only as an athlete but also as a young man.

With all the passion and care you have shown for our boys. You went above and beyond with the show of support for the 5 trying out in GR, I know your presence there helped Teddy. Again thank you for all you've done this year as a coach, mentor, and friend to Teddy
