Dryland Speed & Power Training
Our Private Hockey Speed & Power Lessons are designed to help athletes improve the physical skills that directly impacts on-ice performance. Each session is tailored to the individual player and focuses on developing speed, quickness, agility, and explosive power through sprint training, footwork drills, plyometrics, box jumps, and athletic movement exercises.
In addition to speed and power development, athletes work on balance, coordination, reaction time, and hand-eye skills to become more efficient, explosive, and confident on the ice. These one-on-one lessons provide personalized coaching and targeted training to help players reach their full athletic potential.
